Energy Lab
Energy Lab is a wellness and longevity podcast for people who sense the body is more sophisticated than the mainstream has admitted.
Hosted by Roslyn Sullivan — entrepreneur, founder, and someone who has spent over 15 years building wellness businesses from the ground up — the show is built on a single premise: human energy is not one thing. It is physical (cellular, mitochondrial, biochemical), mental (cognitive resilience, the architecture of thought), spiritual (the coherence between who you are and how you live), and intuitive (the intelligence that operates beneath language and logic).
Most conversations in health and wellness pick one lane. Energy Lab refuses to.
Each episode, Roslyn is joined by researchers, founders, and the thinkers actively rewriting the rules of human performance, longevity, and consciousness — from cellular science and biohacking to sound healing, gut health, and the questions most people aren't asking yet. People who aren't waiting for consensus. People building what comes next.
Energy Lab is also the home of the Energy Lab supplement line — precision-formulated, liposomal, built on clinical dosing rather than marketing logic. Because the science should be as serious as the conversation.
The body knows more than you think. This is where you start listening.
New episodes monthly. Available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, and YouTube.

Pav grew up Hindu in an immigrant household, spent his teens quietly demonising the traditions he was raised in, then built a whole career out of helping other people find their purpose , right up until his own life got its rug pulled out. Grief, no income, no idea who he was anymore. And then, somewhere in the wreckage, he turned all the wisdom he'd been handing out to everyone else inward , and something changed.
Known online as Mr. Majestic Mindset, Pav is one of the rare ones who refuses to pick a side. He won't do pure mysticism and he won't do pure hard science ; he sits in the overlap and builds a bridge. In this one we go deep on consciousness, reality, karma, and what it actually means to be here, awake, right now. It's less "love and light" and more "get it out of your head and go build the thing."
Have a listen.

Sara Shah grew up in a family of doctors. Her mother is a paediatrician, her father is an cardiologist specialising in electrophysiology. When she got sick they got her in front of the best specialists money could find. Six weeks later she walked away from all of it, and went back to the values she believed in. She moved through three years completely housebound due to numerous diagnoses from Lyme to Long Covid to multiple cancer scares. This one is personal for me, Sara is a dear friend. We met years ago when she wandered into my wellness clinic in Kensington, and we've been talking about this stuff ever since. In this episode she takes me through what she found on the way back from chronic illness: why a diagnosis isn't a life sentence, what Western medicine is brilliant at and where it gets it completely wrong, and how she learned to trust her own body again after years of being told otherwise. We get into a lot. Her app Caya and why she's building "gentle tech" instead of another app that tells you you failed at sleep. Where the wellness industry is performative. Generational trauma and the actual epigenetics under the buzzword. Hormones, cycles, and why women were never built to run on a man's schedule. Even ancient stone circles in the English countryside and bee priestesses in ancient Crete. A few things we cover:
Diagnosis vs healing and the exact point where the two split
Why treating a symptom and treating a whole person aren't the same job
The "gentle tech" idea, and pushing back on optimisation culture in tech and beyond
What your wearable can't tell you
How your cycle changes your energy and your creativity
The one small yet deeply powerful practice she leaves us with, learning your body's yes and your body's no.
It's less "how to biohack yourself" and more "how to actually come back to yourself" Have a listen.

The Next Human Era has already begun. AI agents are learning to work while you sleep, to spend money on your behalf and soon, to negotiate with other agents using wallets of their own. Humanoids are months, not decades, away from your living room. And the question nobody's ready for isn't "will AI take my job?" — it's "what did we just create?" In this second deep-dive on Energy Lab, I sit down with Kim Brahimi — author of "NOT DONE " and the tech founder building OdysseyH — for a conversation that starts with AI agents and ends somewhere far stranger: a new species, the meaning of being human, and why the age of AI might force us to become more human, not less. We push further ; into the almost metaphysical questions raised by a civilizational shift that promises everything to those bold enough to envision what we're truly capable of. What you'll walk away understanding:
Why an AI agent is NOT ChatGPT — and why that difference changes everything
The coming agent economy: agents with wallets, agents hiring agents, money you never touch
"If they can't see you, you don't exist" — why your business is invisible to AI right now
Why your next big purchase might be a humanoid instead of a car
Intelligence is becoming electricity — you'll pay for it by the watt
Do Musk, Altman and Huang deserve their power? Kim's answer will divide the room
The one skill that makes you irreplaceable when machines outthink us
The uncomfortable truth: AI isn't coming for your job — someone using AI is
And the question Plato would be asking if he were alive today
This isn't about being ready. Nobody is. It's about deciding which side of the shift you want to be on.

Can AI level the playing field for neurodivergent founders? And what happens when quantum physics meets business strategy?
Our guest is Sarah Malter, one of the UK's leading voices in R&D funding and AI-driven compliance. Sarah teaches on the MBA program at Edinburgh University, is a communication strategist trained in NLP, and the founder of Kapitalise. She also hosts the podcast Creative Adversity.
In this wide-ranging conversation, we explore how AI is reshaping work, why neurodivergent minds are shaping the future, the role of storytelling in fundraising, and where science meets spirituality in business.
In this episode, you will learn:
Why AI is the great equalizer—especially for neurodivergent thinkers. How NLP and communication science can transform your pitch and your business. Why investors invest in people and stories, not just numbers. How vibrational alignment, quantum physics, and flow state connect to business success. The hidden costs of AI and what the future business model might look like. The top skills every founder needs right now to stay ahead.

Join us for a special episode of Energy Lab as we dive into the fascinating world of Sound Medicine—using sound not as entertainment, but as a profound tool for healing and wellness.
Our guest is Cherub Sanson, a.k.a. Cherubella, a renowned sound artist, educator, and co-founder of the Academy of Integrated Sonic Medicine. Cherub is one of the incredible women bringing sound healing to some of the world's largest stages, including festivals like Glastonbury and venues like Fabric.
In this powerful conversation, we cut through the noise to explore frequency medicine and how vibration works directly on our body, mind, and spirit. Cherub explains why sound healing is not "magic," but a process our own intelligent systems are wired to understand and respond to.
In this episode, you will learn:
The foundational concepts of frequency and vibration for beginners.
How sound can help you return to what is "real" in your body.
Why the body is an intelligent system that understands frequencies naturally.
Simple ways to open the field of experience and integrate sonic practices.

Skincare isn’t just surface. It’s chemistry, nervous system, supply chain, ethics… and how we speak to ourselves in the mirror.
In this episode of Energy Lab, I sit down with Emilie Jaspers – co-founder of Starseed Naturals, architect-turned- skincare formulator, facialist, and one of the clearest voices I know on skincare routines while considering skin as a living organ. We go deep into: Why her health collapsed in corporate architecture – and how that led to Starseed Skin as the body’s messenger: hives, rosacea, gut issues, stress Endocrine disruptors, “clean beauty” myths and how water sneaks into everything and much more.
This is a calm, honest, nervous-system-friendly conversation about beauty, health and integrity in an industry that often misses its initial purpose.
If you’ve ever stood in front of a bathroom shelf full of products and wondered, “What is actually good for me?”— whether being a Woman or Man ... this one is for you.
